9:30 AM: Meeting begins.

Mingle with elected officials. “State of the Office” reports and Q&A with Utah County Government Elected Officials.

Election report and wrap-up with Utah County and State Party Officers. Special guests: URP Chairman James Evans, URP Vice-Chairman Phill Wright, and URP Secretary Lisa Shepherd.

Article III ­ Specific Bylaws
Bylaw 8 ­ Committee Procedures
G. Electronic Meetings. The Steering Committee, Standing and Ad Hoc Committees may, by a vote of the committee, establish committee rules for electronic meetings provided that:
1. A physical location is designated for each meeting;
2. Accommodations for electronic attendance allow all participants to participate in discussions and votes;
3. Unintentional technical problems that interfere with electronic discussion or voting will not invalidate the meeting nor the votes taken so long as a quorum is able to participate and vote; and
4. The minutes state which participants are physically present and which participate electronically.
